The absolute easiest and best virtual machine program is one called "VMware Workstation" What is this magical device I'm talking about? Its called a virtual machine. Lets you still use your computer, instead of having it be dead weight.Well the good news is, there's actually a solution that I see a few hundred posts concerning resolution issues. Just because this solution lets you use stupidly high resolution doesn't mean you HAVE to.
Edit: Used in conjunction with lower resolution, performance should improve remarkably.
